For ages 55+
This class provides a light to moderate aerobic workout that increases endurance, core strength and flexibility. There is limited use of equipment. The instructor leads participants through light weight movements to increase strength and cardio movements such as walking, jogging, kicking, cross-country ski movements and jumping jacks.

All equipment is provided, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it along. Please wear swim wear. Locker rooms and showers are available on site.
